The Department will launch its new cloud-based employment permits system, Employment Permits Online, on Monday, 28 April 2025.
System Downtime:
To facilitate the transition, the current EPOS website will go offline from 6pm on Thursday, 17 April, and will remain unavailable for 5 business days. During this period, no employment permit applications can be submitted.
Important:
- All draft applications must be submitted before EPOS goes offline.
- Drafts not submitted will not be transferred to the new system.
- Only fully submitted applications will be migrated for processing.
