Non-EEA family members of UK nationals can apply for a new residence document under the Withdrawal Agreement, if they resided in Ireland in accordance with EU law at the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020 and who are in possession of a valid Stamp 4 EUFam card.

The Department had requested that applications for the replacement card would be received by 31 December 2021, to assist them with processing times.

However, if you are eligible to apply and have not done so yet, or if you will not be in a position to do so by the end of this year, you will still be able to make an application after 31 December 2021, as the deadline to replace the card has been extended to 30 June 2022.

To make an application, visit the Department’s online registration renewal system at: https://inisonline.jahs.ie/user/login. The Department will process online applications for all Withdrawal Agreement beneficiaries, including those living outside Dublin.

There are no changes to the arrangements for non-EEA family members of UK nationals who were not residing here before the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020. Full details of which can be found here.
