This Publication – How to Secure a Regularisation: Ireland Case Study; Migrant Right Centre Ireland – outlines the history, context, and most importantly the involvement of undocumented people, through the development of Justice for Undocumented campaign group, and Young, Paperless and Powerful group, to campaign for the regularisation undocumented people. It outlines the long term strategy, tactics, tools and messaging used to secure a board based time-bound regularisation.
This publication is created as part of the RISE UP (Rights, Innovation, Solutions and Evidence based policy for Undocumented People) project, funded by the European Programme for Integration and Migration (EPIM) and led by the Migrant Rights Centre Ireland (MRCI) with partners across seven EU countries – Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Malta, United Kingdom, Switzerland.
