The Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) is introducing an additional security step when signing in to its Customer Service Portal.
Users will soon be required to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to verify their identity. This will involve using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
This change is being implemented to better protect personal information and reduce the risk of fraud.
