Experiencing Delays or Issues with your Application?
If you are experiencing delays or issues with any of the following, you may submit a complaint:
- Citizenship applications
- IRP/GNIB registrations ( renewal and new)
- Family reunification applications
- Technical or access issues with the online portal
- Any other delays related to immigration or citizenship services
Online – Customer Service Portal (Recommended)
The quickest way to submit a complaint is through the Customer Portal.
- Create an account or log in.
- From the homepage, select “Submit Query.”
- Choose “Customer Complaint” from the dropdown menu.
- Complete the form with as much detail as possible.
