Customer Portal Complaint Form – Immigration Service Delivery

Experiencing Delays or Issues with your Application?

If you are experiencing delays or issues with any of the following, you may submit a complaint:

  • Citizenship applications
  • IRP/GNIB registrations ( renewal and new)
  • Family reunification applications
  • Technical or access issues with the online portal
  • Any other delays related to immigration or citizenship services

Online – Customer Service Portal (Recommended)

The quickest way to submit a complaint is through the Customer Portal.

  1. Create an account or log in.
  2. From the homepage, select “Submit Query.”
  3. Choose “Customer Complaint” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Complete the form with as much detail as possible.
