From 12 May 2025, a visa will be required for nationals of Trinidad and Tobago to travel to or transit through Ireland.
However, emergency travel (for plans made before 12 May) may be allowed until 31 May 2025 for:
- Medical emergencies
- Births, weddings, funerals
- Starting college/university
- Taking up employment (with valid permit)
- Business travel
