Types of Personal Data collected by MRCI

MRCI collects personal data for the purposes of the Drop-In Centre consultations, legal advocacy casework and representation of service users before Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and other government agencies. Also MRCI collects personal for the purposes of assessing potential victims of human trafficking for labour exploitation and provides reports to the An Garda Síochána and other government agencies. As a part of the Campaigns and Community Development Work MRCI will collect personal data to provide support and advocacy to the users. To perform our obligations, duties and instructions given by our service users and for provision of best information and advocacy service we are collecting and processing various types of personal data.
