Employment Rights of Domestic Workers in Ireland

DWAG with Minister Richard Bruton

To mark Ireland's ratification of the ILO Domestic Workers Convention, the National Employment Rights Authority (NERA) has published a leaflet setting out the rights of people employed in private homes in Ireland. The information in this document applies to all domestic workers - carers, cleaners, childminders, au pairs, housekeepers, etc. The document is available in English here: Employment Rights of Domestic Workers in Ireland

This leaflet is also available in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Chinese and Irish here.
